What an eventful start to the day. We were all awoken at 03:30 by the fire alarm, which meant our fire training walk through from day 1 was then put into action. Fortunately, it was just a false alarm and everyone was able to go back to bed, and we were asleep again by 04:30. 

Bins, bags, bed and breakfast were all complete by 08:30 and ready for our first activity. Some of us tested our Spider-Man skills, target practice and climbing ladders. After a short break and some more chanting, we completed our last activity and headed to the lunch hall with the children's grumbling tummies ready to enjoy our final meal. 

We are on the coach coming home, some fast asleep and others reflecting on our trip. All the adults and children agree that PGL was amazing. "Best trip we have ever been on."
