On Monday 25th November, St John's took part in the girls' football tournament organised by the Knole Sports Partnership and Sevenoaks Town Football Club at Knole Academy. The team was placed in Group 2 along with teams from Crockham Hill, Ide Hill and Seal.

The first match against Seal was fairly even but a last minute goal gave a 1:0 win to St John's. In the second match against Ide Hill St John's dominated from the start and the end result was a 5:0 win to our girls! The last match against Crockham Hill was more of a challenge but again a last minute goal gave St John's a 1:0 win.

Having won all of their matches, scored 7 goals and conceded none St John's were crowned the winners of Group 2 - congratulations to Amelie, Freya A and Rachel from Year 6 and Megan, Melina, Mia and Romily from Year 4 - and thanks to Nick Amato for coaching the girls from the sidelines!
